What causes cold war? Who’s the Creator?
From Last few days, my mind is full of feeling of anger and hate because of cold war going on in office. This is so common phenomenon having cold war, having fights. But when feelings are so strong, incident is so strong its effects can be felt directly on body. When we are full with thoughts & feeling of anger it creates restlessness in body, it creates excess energy in body which is not necessary & it may leads to sleeplessness, stress, depression.
Why this is happening?
Becuase our self talk ( A mini-me ) starts creating stories, start making plans, start visualizing i will do this? I will do that ? I will not keep quite? I will not accept what is wrong? Person who is doing wrong should be punished….& so on…
I understood if a base feeling is A N G E R & what incident has caused this say someone has disrespected you or someone has betrayed you or someone has not worked as per your wish & you become resentful. The associated feelings which caused anger are a)feeling disrespected b)feeling betrayed c) feeling of resentment.
Our thoughts and emotions are vibrations. If we are vibrating at anger feeling continuously we will attract similar kind of incident & people in life because we all are connected to nature. Anger may make many people feel alive & superior but look whats happening inside this excess engergy created can lead to various diseases. Anger if not controlled properly will lead to person going out of control causing stress. ex.Continous stress can cause diabetes.
This is only case with Anger? What about other -ve feelings?Boredom,Arrogance,Worry,Blame,Hate,Guilt
A lot to learn.
Most important part how to shift ourselves towards positive feelings is understanding the fact that who is creating this mess, Our mind who’s best in creating stories, speaking bad, making assumptions about people is actually bad. People are mirrors.
If i am angry then person infront of me will also become automatically angry its as simple as that.
Incident can be so small a proper communication can solve it, a proper approach to handle people as per their style can be learned without affecting our peace.
Training the mind that dont create unnecessary stories, dont create anything on mental plan to avoid same on physical plane is important. In simple words WE ARE CREATOR’S or We ask from universe, Universe gives us. If we are creating or focusing on some thoughts same incident will manifest. Small childrens are very good in forgiving, in fraction of seconds they can change feelings, then why not we?
A basic daily human need is to feel happiness, feel love, feel courageous, feel cooperation, feel satisfaction, feel hopeful, feel passionate etc. We just have to ask it will be given.
Our ancestors & spiritual masters have told us Begin your day with Gratitude ( telling god thank you for new day, thank for good family, thank for health, thank you for wealth, thank you for friends)
& End your day in forgiveness
( Forgive yourself first, accept yourself completely, forgive people, Ask forgiveness for anything wrong happened from my words, thoughts, actions etc)
