I’m Not Shaktimaan

I Am Not Shaktimaan

Yesterday, while traveling from Mumbai to Pune, a thought crossed my mind:

> “There are two people in this world who have such immense faith in you, such blind belief, that they actually think you’re Shaktimaan… Those two people are — your Wife and your Boss.”

But honestly, that’s all blind faith and false expectations.

Yesterday, I met a close friend. He’s been diagnosed with diabetes — his sugar levels shot up beyond 400. When we looked into the reasons, it was clear: he never paid attention to himself. Just constant stress… stress… and more stress. He never opened up emotionally, never met anyone freely or shared his burdens. Always stuck between organizational and family pressure.

Diseases don’t happen overnight. We cultivate them. I spoke to him at length… but the same pattern is visible everywhere. Even I’m no exception.

Stress — that damn bastard — always finds a way in.

Deep down, we all know the truth:

Every human being has limits — of time, energy, and mental strength.

But the people around us often don’t understand those limits — because other person do not understand compassion or empathy, he keeps expecting magic from you

And YOU… are not Shaktimaan.

Be clear about this.

You weren’t born just to fulfill the wishes of your family, relatives, or organization.

And most importantly — men too have emotional needs — peace, love, trust, support, and respect.

When these emotional needs go unmet, disease sets in.

We tend to ignore these needs, and after a few years, the body starts showing signs — because:

> “Whatever is created at the mental plane eventually affects the physical plane. Every thought has energy and vibration.”

Know your limits.

Heal yourself daily.

How to heal? — Everyone must find their own way.

But remember: Laziness, negligence, and ego — are your real enemies.

Keep rebooting yourself timely. Gratitude & Forgiveness Prayer is Real Brahmastra for this.
