Our life is extremely limited…We walk the path that appears before us, Flow in the direction the current situation takes us —This is the life of people like us from the middle class. A job in a reputed organization —that’s all our existence amounts to. As the day begins, the worries of office work cling to us so tightly that even after returning home, traveling back tired, the stress doesn’t leave us until sleep finally takes over.
If you really think about it —what exactly is the existence of an ordinary person? what should one do, so that this lost human being can feel alive again, can become vibrant again?
So, what’s the simplest thing one can do?
We need to rediscover our inherent skills and innate talents. The reason for one’s existence & self expression,?
Some have given up playing cricket, badminton, football, volleyball, chess, carrom, cards…Others have let go of singing, listening to music, reading books, writing poems or essays, drawing, dancing, trekking, and so much more.
The truth is —we were never really taught how to give quality time to ourselves, how to love & respect ourselves. Miracle starts when we start loving ourselves.
A hobby brings detachment, peace, and inner strength A hobby can give you a sense of detachment and calmness amidst the chaos of the world, country, state, district, village, office, or home.
So much so, you’ll be able to face every crisis with a smile, or perhaps the crisis will come and go,and you will merely experience it, not suffer it.

when it’s something you truly love —
finding time becomes easy.
When you pour your soul into your hobby and love it dearly, that very hobby becomes your inner strength. And this strength — will help you grow physically, mentally, socially, financially, and spiritually.
That will be your true Switch On / Switch Off button towards stress release.

your existence is not limited. It is infinite as the sky —free, and ever-renewing.
We are here to live life to the fullest potential.
